Coach Herman Cheung – Legacy Builder, Mentor, & Strength Specialist
With over 6 years of coaching experience and a deep-rooted passion for empowering others, Coach Herman Cheung is on a mission to create lasting change—both in the fitness industry and in the lives of those he coaches.
Herman began his journey as a certified personal trainer with Canfit Pro in 2019, but his commitment to lifelong learning and mastery didn’t stop there. His credentials include:

Since 2018, Herman has worked as a fitness instructor, becoming the head coach at a local gym and guiding hundreds of clients across the Greater Toronto Area through powerful body and mindset transformations. Eventually, he branched out to train clients from his own home gym and expand his reach globally through online coaching and streaming, building a supportive worldwide community.
